Credo Technology Credo Technology ( CRDO ) provides high-speed connectivity solutions for AI data centers. Robust AI-led demand for the company's copper and optical interconnects has boosted revenue, driving a solid year-to-date rally. In his latest research report, Bank of America analyst Vivek Arya raised his price targets on major semiconductor and semiconductor capital equipment stocks, with the price target for CRDO jumping to $340 from $252 with a reiterated a buy rating. The 5-star analyst noted that Credo is seeing continued strength in the demand for its AECs (active electrical cables) from major and emerging hyperscalers. Moreover, the company has additional growth opportunities in optical DSPs (digital signal processors), ZF optics, ALCs (active LED cables), and PCIe retimers.
