Here's what CNBC TV's producers were watching as the S & P 500 closed lower Monday, and what's on the radar for the next session. Morning earnings Cruise company Carnival will report quarterly results, which will be featured on " Squawk on the Street ." It has been pretty smooth sailing for the stock. Shares are up 25% in the last three months. The stock is off 11% from the February high. CCL 3M mountain Carnival shares in the past three months Afternoon earnings FedEx will report after the bell. The stock is up almost 14% in three months. CNBC TV's Frank Holland will cover the numbers and have the instant reaction. Shares hit a high last week, but they're down 5% from that level. Cerebras Systems is slated to report in the afternoon as well. The stock began trading on the Nasdaq on May 14 with an IPO price of $185 a share. Cerebras, which makes big chips the size of a Frisbee, ended Monday down more than 4% and closed at $224.43 a share. KB Home is up 2.7% in three months. The stock is down 23% from the September high. Amazon Prime Day It's actually four days, running from Tuesday to Friday. CNBC retail reporter Gabrielle Fonrouge will go in depth on the retail part of Amazon . In a recent survey ,27% of Americans said they plan to buy from Amazon Prime Day. That's down from 34% last year. …
