Stocks were mixed Monday as investors assessed the latest developments in the Iran war negotiations and awaited the release of key inflation data later this week. West Texas Intermediate crude fell below $75 a barrel after reports that U.S. and Iranian officials had agreed on a framework to reach a final deal within 60 days, easing concerns about disruptions to global energy supplies. Despite the decline in oil, Treasury yields moved higher, with the benchmark 10-year yield climbing back to roughly 4.5%. Jeff Marks, director of portfolio analysis for the Club, said lower energy prices should help ease inflation pressures and could reduce the likelihood of additional Federal Reserve rate hikes later this year. 2. Shares of Club holding Intel gained 3% Monday as semiconductor stocks outperformed the broader market. The move comes after Intel announced Thursday that Seok-Hee Lee will join the company as executive vice president of its foundry business. Lee, a semiconductor industry veteran who previously held leadership roles at battery producer SK On and memory-chip maker SK Hynix — both subsidiaries of South Korea's SK Group — will oversee advanced packaging, system integration, and manufacturing operations. …
