How would a Labour leadership contest work?

Leaving his post on Thursday, Streeting published a letter to the PM, in which he said: "Where we need vision, we have a vacuum. Where we need direction, we have drift." His supporters expect him to challenge Sir Keir for the Labour Party leadership.
