Here are the stocks making headlines in midday trading. Rockwell Automation — The manufacturing giant rallied 10% on the back of better-than-expected results for its fiscal second quarter. Rockwell earned $3.30 per share, after adjustments, on revenue of $2.24 billion. Analysts expected a profit of $2.88 per share on revenue of $2.16 billion. The company also lifted its fiscal 2026 profit outlook. Huntington Ingalls — Shares of the shipbuilding company dropped 11%. The company reaffirmed its free cash flow projections for the full year, calling for $500 million to $600 million, versus the FactSet consensus forecast of $569.7 million. Huntington Ingalls beat expectations on the top and bottom lines in the first quarter. Fiserv — The financial technology provider tumbled 9% after first-quarter earnings per share declined 29% from the same period a year ago, while revenue dropped 2%. Bullish — Shares of the crypto exchange Bullish surged about 12% after it announced plans to buy transfer agent Equiniti in a deal valued at $4.2 billion . The deal gives crypto platform access to a regulated transfer agent, which is responsible for maintaining records of registered shareholders for stock-issuing companies, strengthening its operations. …
